Framing Station
Your Framing Station is the engine that feeds the rest of your wall panel line. Viking's Framing Station offers more flexibility and dependability than any other framing station on the market today. With resident software that locates and fastens studs and components to the plates at the touch of a button, and heavy duty 16" and 24" oc stud locators that both fold down when not in use and apply up to 150 psi clamping pressure when in use.
Viking gives you both the brains and the brawn to frame your wall panels. 2x4 and 2x6 walls are handled with equal ease, cap plate nailing is automated, and plate stops give you the flexbility to start a wall at any location. Powered tool carriages take the tools out of your operators' hands. This allows them to press a button, start the nailing sequence and move on to the next wall set up.
