TracBridge

What happens when you take a portable sheathing bridge and set it on a frame attached to a squaring station? You create a TracBridge.  The capabilities of the Fastrac and the dependibility of the Viking Squaring Station combine to provide a one operator stud nailing solution. Linear rails mounted on the Squaring Station allow the bridge to move effortlessly from stud to stud.  Air cylinders raise and lower the bridge for movement between studs.

A hand wheel adjusts the bridge height to accomodate 2x4 or 2x6 walls.  When your business grows and you need to expand your line, the TracBridge can be used at the end of your line for house wrap attachment or the bridge can be removed and the Squaring Station can be used as as base for your routing or sheathing needs. The Fastrac can then be utilized elsewhere in your production process.
